B2B Grocery Ordering Platform
Delivered a B2B ordering platform for a German grocery supplier end to end as a solo engineer — landing page, ordering flow, backend architecture, and automated invoicing via Fakturownia.pl. Shipped the MVP in about two weeks on a fixed contract, then proposed and built accounting-automation tooling that cut the client's recurring manual work.

Owned the NestJS backend in a startup environment, driving API design, code reviews, and release quality. Coordinated closely with frontend, iOS, and Android teammates across a long engagement to keep cross-platform releases shipping in sync as contracts and integrations shifted.
Delivered CRM product work on Next.js with measurable wins in page load, build time, and long-standing UI bugs that had resisted prior attempts. Also supported a fintech/blockchain track covering KYC flows and smart-contract development on NestJS, and wrote minimal-dependency scrapers for large-scale data collection.
Shipped the SmartSpend expense-tracking fintech project across both frontend and backend. Earned review responsibility for other interns' code and communicated directly with program stakeholders to turn feedback and requirements into concrete changes.
